COLLECTIONS / CHARGE-OFFS

Collection accounts and charge-offs cost you anywhere between 50 and 100 points on your credit. We work hard to challenge them for removal.

STUDENT LOANS

The majority of student loans are reported inaccurately. We work with these institutions to fix their reportings, or remove the account all together. If your student loan debt has been purchased or transferred to another lender, there are grounds for removal.

LATE PAYMENTS

Credit card or installment late payments can cost you about 10 points on average. One late student loan payment can cost you around 30 points.

BANKRUPTCIES

Having a bankruptcy on your report can easily cost you 100 points. Bankruptcy courts have certain guidelines to follow as to what information they report to the credit bureaus, and how they report it. Most of the time the rules aren’t followed.
